Your Look
Choose a look that is personal to you. It can be as simple as something you’ve always wanted to be, a hobby you have, or perhaps a fantasy of your partner!
Choose an outfit that makes you feel sexy. If you feel sexy, you will look sexy!
You can go all out and buy a costume or you can create a costume from your existing wardrobe.
Choose a prop to complete your look. We do have some props in the studio. Contact Laura Murray at 905 984-0150 for details.
Have fun creating your look. Use your imagination…… The pin up possibilities are endless!!
Make-Up
Professional makeup is best. However if you choose to do your own, here are a few tips….
• Think Marilyn Monroe
• Use light coloured, shimmery eyeshadow and apply from lashline to brow,
• Pencil in eyebrows to create a defined brow line,
• Use black liquid eyeliner from the centre of your pupil and extend beyond the outer edge of your lashes,
• False lashes are a must!!
• Use fire engine red lipstick or another bright colour of your outfit,
• Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks.
Someone will be on hand during your session for make-up touch ups.
Hair
Get your hair done professionally. If your stylist doesn’t do retro/glamour looks, feel free to call Michelle, Lorraine or Liz at the Stone Mill Salon and Spa located at 271 Merritt St. St Catharines at 905 684-5122. They have done the hairstyling for all of our models.
Creative Styling
